Are your ink and toner cartridges original?

Yes. Every ink cartridge, toner cartridge and drum we sell is the printer maker's own product (OEM), sourced through U.S. wholesale distribution. We do not sell refilled, remanufactured or third-party compatible cartridges.

How do I find the right supplies for my printer?

Type your printer model (for example LaserJet Pro M404n, OfficeJet Pro 9015 or imageCLASS MF445dw) into the search box at the top of any page. Its page lists every supply mapped to that printer, grouped into toner, ink, drums and parts. The model is printed on the front or top of the printer.

What is the difference between standard and high yield?

Yield is the number of pages a cartridge prints at about 5% coverage (ISO/IEC 19752 for toner, 24711 for ink). High-yield cartridges fit the same printer but hold more, so they cost more up front and less per page. Every cartridge shows its yield and its cost per page so you can compare.

Do I need a new drum or maintenance kit too?

Many laser printers use a separate drum unit that lasts through several toner cartridges, and larger printers need a maintenance kit or fuser at set page counts. When the printer asks for one, look it up by model — the drum and parts that fit are listed next to the toner.

Which paper and labels work in my printer?

Each paper and label listing says whether it is made for laser, inkjet or both. Thermal label printers take their own label rolls — search your label printer's model to see the rolls that fit it.

How fast will my order ship?

Most orders leave a U.S. warehouse within one business day. UPS Ground delivery then takes 1-5 business days depending on your location; you get tracking by email as soon as it ships.

What does shipping cost?

Every order ships UPS Ground. The rate is calculated at checkout from your ZIP code and the weight of your order, before you pay. We keep item prices low rather than building shipping into them.

Can I return items?

Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Contact us for a return authorization number before shipping anything back.

Do you offer business accounts or volume pricing?

Yes. Send us your printer list and we will map every supply, quote volume pricing and set up recurring orders. Approved businesses can be invoiced.

Are you affiliated with the printer makers?

No. We are an independent retailer that specializes in printers and printing supplies. Brand and product names are trademarks of their respective owners.
